Refund policy
If you are not fully happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
BRYDER is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original labels and packaging. Please ensure that the returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please email us at info@bryderstudio.com to let us know that you will be returning your item(s) and to request a returns form. The returns form must be enclosed with your returned item(s) - no form may result in your return not being processed.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all packages are received back at BRYDER. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
We advise that all parcels are sent with a trackable, insured service.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. BRYDER is not responsible for any return customs or import charges that may occur.
